Hello, I am a flooring guy (vinyl, linoleum, etc.) and can’t seem to find a decent pair of kneepads. My doctor told me I have fluid behind my kneecaps and to stay off them for a while. I will but can someone recommend a better kneepad?

RE: Need good kneepads
Fluid on the kneecaps, ouch! Sorry to hear that. I have been installing tile floors for over 21 years and have had knee problems off and on, so I understand what you are going through.

You might want to try a rolling seat with built in kneepads. The sitting position relieves much of the pressure from your knees. It might feel awkward at first but you will get used to it. Here is an example of one:

If you insist on a traditional kneepad, I would recommend a custom fitted kneepad by pro knee. Here is the link:

Good luck and stay off your knees for a while. Take a vacation!

I will second Michael's Proknee recommendation. I have been using them for years and can't say enough good things. I was skeptical at first about all of their promises on the website and in the brochure, but they really do save your knees.
