Pre-requisite for the IICRC Hard Surface Inspector Courses IICRC Approved
The two day ISSI pre-requisite for the hard surface inspector program course (third day exam) and manual will provide you knowledge of most substrate and subfloors including concrete, wood, and other underlayment commonly used in the floor convering industry. This course covers; components of a floor system, causes of failure and imperfections, subfloor/substrate construciton, adhesives, levelling and patching, the affects of moisture, alkalinity and humidity, industry standards and publications.
