I have a customer who wants to know the best to remove gum from his hardwood floor. Any suggestions?

RE: remove gum from hardwood floor
Okay, here is an old trick I learned:

Get a few ice cubes and place into a plastic bag. Rub the bag over the gum until it becomes hard and brittle. Scrape away the brittle gum being careful not to gouge your floor.
