laminate is cupping in normal humidity levels???

I have a customer whose laminate is cupping. We have checked moisture levels and they seem normal. Any idea what else could ne causing this?

Possibly the cleaning method. Over-wetting a laminate floor will cause the joints to swell as moisture seeps in This will cause cupping.
