difference between a PVC and a CPE membrane?

PVC liners contain plasticizers for elasticity. These plasticizers could work their way out over time, resulting in a brittle liner.

CPE liners are naturally elastic and require no added plasticizers. Also, CPE liners will hold a crease while PVC liners won't.
