issues installing concrete outdoor - help please

We are having numerous issues with outdoor concrete not curing properly because of sun, rain, wind, humidity, etc. What can we do to protect it while it dries?

You can cover it with straw and a plastic tarp.  Or you can use thermal blankets.  That would be your best option.
