promo for my sales reps

I am trying to put together a promotion for my sales representatives. I have done things in the past like give a gift certificate to the high increase in sales, but I want to do something really big that will last two months. Does anyone have any ideas?

How about something that sustains excitement such as linking it to a racetrack or football field and have a first, second, third and fourth quarter winner and then a game winner

That's not a bad idea.  We are big sports fans around here anyways.  I'm going to think on that.  Thanks for the advice!
