How much experience do they have. How knowlegable are they regarding flooring products and installation methods. What techniques do they employ to close a sale.

I like to find out what knowledge a potential employee has about the products we sell. I also try to find out if they are the type person that will tell a customer what they want to hear or assess the need and match the product in a professional manner that will satisfy the customer and bring them back.
