You want to hire installers who would reflect positively on your business. Strong experience, knowledge, reliability, and workmanship are extremely important. They also need to be customer friendly and be able to maintain a professional image.

RE: hiring installers for my business
I like to find out if the installer is genuinely interested in the business. I ask about certifications or seminar training. I talk about installs they are most proud of and what installs that were troublesome and what they did to overcome the problem.
