Hi, I install tile for a living and was wondering if there are any brands of thinset that don't make a huge dust storm when pouring it out of the bag? I am tired of coughing and gagging over thinset dust.

Yes, check out Mapei's line of thinsets and grouts. They claim to be dust-free.
