quality sealing and finishing products

I am starting a new flooring business and it is going to be relatively small at first. I want to carry only TOP quality products. I am selling tile, hardwood, cork and bamboo at first. I would like to carry just 2-3 lines of finishing and sealing products. Ideally I would like a low priced quality product line and a high priced top quality product line. What are your recommendations?

For tile flooring I personally have had success with both Custom Products and Aqua Mix. I know that Custom Products has multiple price levels depending on the quality.
